INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
White-collar crime litigation is no longer a matter of national law. It often involves multiple jurisdictions. More and more, countries are joining forces to combat white-collar crime by having their national investigation authorities work together at the transnational level or by establishing international investigation authorities and allowing foreign investigation authorities to be involved in national criminal proceedings. We are keeping pace with these developments and offer new prospects by thinking ahead. The best solution is the one we arrive at together - in the well-oiled teams of our networks, EFCL, ECBA, DSJV and BRAK.
